Choice Reaction, Part 3

The following robot wins every game. He has a high speed camera to look at his opponent’s movements. His tree diagram has the same patterns and the reaction chain has all elements of a choice reaction. The difference lies in the speed of his pattern recognition and the movement execution.

He recognizes his opponent’s patterns and still has enough time to choose between the different possibilities. Even though the video doesn’t show any failures of the robot, he would fail to recognize unknown patterns. This is always a problem; lurking alternatives that you don’t take into account.
